Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. In Photoshop, open a photograph of a person with open eyes.
2. Goto Filter > Liquify.
3. The Liquify box will appear. Under Tool Options, select an appropriate sized brush. One that is not too big for the eyes.
4. Using the brush, click and push the top eye lid halfway down the length of the eye.
5. Now click and push the corners of the bottom eye lid halfway up the length of the eye.
6. When you are done, click OK.
7. What you will have now are semi closed eyes. Click the Smudge tool. Set the Strength to around 20%.
8. Zoom in on the eyes and smudge the skin over the small opening of the eyes.
9. Select the Paint Brush tool. Choose a dark eye lash color and paint a thin line across the eyes, then smudge over that paint to give it the effect of eye slits.
10. Do this to both eyes and they should now be shut!
