Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. In Photoshop, open a photograph of a person who is smiling with a closed mouth.

2. Goto Filter > Liquify.
3. The Liquify box will appear. Under Tool Options, select an appropriate sized brush. One that is not too big for the face.
4. Using the brush, click and push the eye brows so that they appear to neither go up, nor down, but straight across.

5. Now click and push the corners of the mouth so that the mouth appears to be in a straight line.

6. When you are done, click OK to exit the Liquify screen.
7. Select the Smudge Tool. Set the Strength to around 20%. Zoom in on the woman’s laugh lines of the face and smudge them so that they are not as obvious.

7. You should now have your bland face expression!
